Congrats on the launch! Love the name and the vibes of the product... everything seems really thoughtfully considered. For the feature that allows someone to highlight text on the page and 'ask' a question about it -- does the product allow control over where that can + can't happen? For example, it might be odd to accidentally highlight UI text in a button or navigation or something and see the actually asked UI popup to ask a question about it. Good luck with launch day!

Keeping a manually edited answer intact is a thoughtful detail. The weekly email with questions the site couldn't answer also gives the owner something concrete to fix.
