Aplexica is a local daemon tool that synchronizes the state, memories, skills, and conversation history between multiple AI coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, OpenClaw, and Kilo Code. It enables users to start a conversation with one agent and continue seamlessly with another in their native formats, running entirely on the user's machine with no telemetry or network requirements.
