aslmp

aslmp is an asynchronous Python library for communicating with Mitsubishi MELSEC PLCs using the Seamless Message Protocol (SLMP) over Ethernet. It provides both async and synchronous interfaces with no runtime dependencies and is built based on real hardware behavior on a MELSEC iQ-F FX5U CPU. It targets precise, observable, and correct communication with industrial control devices, including features like reading and writing registers and controlling PLC states remotely, with strong cautions about safety and security implications.
