CapChief

CapChief is a compact, open source screen capture and annotation tool for Windows. It allows users to capture regions of the screen immediately or after a countdown, annotate with various tools like arrows, shapes, text, and redactions, and record GIFs with review and trimming features. It is a single native executable compiled in C# with no additional runtime dependencies.
