catnap is a plugin for Claude Code that modifies how the AI compacts its conversation context. Instead of compacting mid-task, catnap lets Claude wait for a clean break, finish the current piece, write a handoff note, compact the context, and continue seamlessly by itself. This reduces context re-reading and improves task continuity without manual input.
