A plug-in for Claude Code that segments long autonomous AI coding sessions into readable phases, tracking each action, decision, and rationale made by the agent. It provides a side pane that summarizes phases to improve understanding of the agent's process, supports backfilling previous conversations, and allows querying about specific phases. Built on Claude Code function hooks and runs interactively during development sessions.
