ChatGBC

ChatGBC is a small language model implemented in pure assembly code that runs on a Game Boy Color cartridge. It features a conversational AI named Rei who remembers your name and interacts with you through an on-screen keyboard interface and teletype display, all while being powered by a 374K parameter model specialized for the hardware's constraints. The project includes source code, build scripts, and tools to build and even retrain the model on a PC.
