Disconnect

Disconnect is a productivity iOS app that helps users break bad habits by locking selected distracting apps. It uniquely uses a buddy system where a trusted person holds the unlock key for hard locks, providing accountability beyond willpower. It offers multiple lock levels, real-time notifications to buddies, and privacy-guarded use of Apple's Screen Time API.
