Doorstep Defence is an indie tower defence game that uses real-world street maps from OpenStreetMap to create unique gameplay on players' actual streets. Players defend against alien invaders using whimsical machines, turning neighbors' houses into defensive contraptions, progressing through different historical eras. It features multiplayer leagues, challenges, and an emphasis on privacy with no accounts or tracking. Half of its profits are donated to charity.
