editmd

editmd is a native macOS markdown editor designed for seamless real-time collaboration with agents. It uses Y.js CRDT to merge concurrent edits without conflict dialogs, supports GitHub-flavored markdown including tables and mermaid diagrams, preserves file encoding and formatting, and protects privacy by blocking remote image fetching. It runs on macOS 14+ on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs, offering a word processor-like interface that saves files as markdown.
