FACE is a local binary that runs inside your project folder to manage AI coding agents. It implements the focus-kit method by storing every decision and delivery as versioned files in the repository, providing a transparent project board, delivery pages, and commit suggestions through a browser interface, while integrating with AI coding agents you already use. FACE never reads your credentials or code remotely, ensuring privacy and transparency in AI-driven development.
