Fidelic is a lightweight Docker container that emulates a real Salesforce org locally, allowing developers to run their real schema and Apex triggers. It enables testing of failures like row locks and rate limits which cannot be rehearsed in any sandbox. It supports injecting faults on demand, resets quickly for clean test environments, and provides a real API emulator for Salesforce integrations.
