Fly.exe runs the full released connectome of the Drosophila male central nervous system (165,122 neurons and 25.5 million synaptic edges) integrated with a physics-based fly body simulation. It allows closed-loop neural simulation coupled with a NeuroMechFly body model running on MuJoCo physics engine, all executable on a single GPU. The product targets researchers and developers interested in neural simulation, neurobiology, and embodied AI.
