Gravity is a minimal, local-first notes app using an append-and-review method where all notes go into a single stream. Older notes sink while important ones can be swiped back to the top. It offers no accounts or subscriptions, optional iCloud sync, and cross-device support on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Android. Designed for simple, distraction-free note-taking and prioritization.

I love the Gravity Notes app because it is made to be ready for your next note, without you pressing a «New» button first. Each note can be tagged, so you can easily find all notes on the same subject. And the developer listens to your feedback. In short, it is an app that gives you the «yes, of course»-feeling!

Swiping a note right to bring it back to the top is such a simple fix for the copying and pasting that Karpathy's single note needs. The gravity CLI letting Claude Code read and write the same list is a nice touch too :) When an agent adds a note through the CLI, does it land at the top like anything I type, or is it marked somehow so I can tell it apart?

@justlewitt If I say this feels like the love child of Workflowy and Notes, would you make fun of me? :)
