Gulp

Gulp is a Mac menu bar scratchpad designed to capture quick thoughts by typing or voice input, holding them temporarily (up to 24 hours), then automatically forgetting them. It avoids clutter by not archiving or syncing notes, keeping all data local with on-device transcription and no cloud access. The interface centers around a goldfish icon representing the scratchpad’s state, with simple shortcuts for quick note capture and management.
