Hatswap

Hatswap is a tool for running multiple Claude Code AI accounts simultaneously, allowing users to switch live conversations between accounts, pin accounts to project folders, share settings across accounts, and hand off work to OpenAI Codex. It enables independent handling of client accounts for agentic AI workflows on macOS and Linux with command-line integration and shell hooks.
