iWe is a native macOS app that enables users to collaboratively manage and update a Markdown knowledge base alongside an integrated AI agent. It supports working with large sets of interlinked Markdown files, querying notes like a database, and visualizing data through live charts. iWe runs the AI locally, offers real-time AI-assisted editing, and integrates with popular editors such as VS Code, Neovim, Zed, and Helix. Designed for macOS 15 or later, it supports modal editing and preserves user control by storing data locally without requiring accounts.
