jev-windows-agent is a Windows UI Automation backend for arc-cua, providing a structured, decision-based action loop for desktop automation agents. It enables large language models or planners to hand off bounded subtasks to a fast decision engine (JEV) for controlling Windows apps (e.g., Notepad, Settings, Spotify) without relying on repeated large-model calls for each UI action.
