jevper

jevper is a Python library offering an interface for classification tasks on top of any OpenAI-compatible language model. It wraps calls to LLMs to return structured outputs with probabilities and confidence scores instead of plain text, supporting various classification types (choice, yes/no, score) and multiple request modes. It enables interoperable, type-safe classification with self-hosted or hosted AI models without depending on specific vendor SDKs.
