kbai-skill is a template for creating deterministic rule-based models with structured reasoning executed locally in Node.js without using large language models at inference. It combines rule-based logic with optional LLM fact extraction to evaluate decisions with a reasoning trace, supporting incremental fact collection until completion. It includes a symbolic reasoning engine and tools to manage and modify knowledge bases through agents.
