Knowhere

Knowhere is an open-source platform for ingesting unstructured documents and producing persistent, navigable hierarchical memory suitable for AI agents. It uses dual-track parsing (Text and Vision) to handle a variety of document types including complex PDFs and PowerPoint files. The system constructs a graph-based representation of document content, preserving source references and enabling advanced agent-native retrieval workflows. It supports self-hosting or managed cloud usage and offers SDKs and a dashboard UI.
