Komachi

Komachi is a relaxing city-building simulation game where you draw streets and zone plots on a small Japanese island. Builders arrive by train and develop autonomously: families move in, shops open and change, and daily activities like commuting and festivals unfold naturally. It features visible systems such as utilities, dynamic seasons and weather, and an in-game photo mode. There are no fail states, making it a calm, sandbox city diorama experience.
