kv-cli is a fast, local CLI tool written in Rust that audits and enforces parameter contracts and security compliance across Python data pipelines including Airflow, dbt, Databricks, PySpark, Snowpark, Flink, and Polars. It detects missing required parameters, hardcoded secrets, and pinned environment identifiers before code runs, helping prevent deployment issues. It runs locally without network calls or accounts and integrates with CI and git hooks.
