lgit is an interactive version control demo that stores code or images in a neural network. Each commit trains the network to memorize your data, and checkout reconstructs it from memory, sometimes perfectly and sometimes with errors. It runs entirely in the browser and provides a novel way to visualize and interact with version control through neural compression and reconstruction.
