LGV_TZ_Lookup

LGV_TZ_Lookup is an open-source PHP library and server that maps geographic coordinates (longitude and latitude) to precise IANA time zone names using polygon boundary data. It requires PHP 8+, PDO, and a SQL database with timezone boundaries loaded from the Timezone Boundary Builder project. It can be installed as a Composer package or deployed as an HTTP service, useful for applications needing accurate timezone lookups beyond simple longitudinal calculations.
