Mingbird-agent

Mingbird-agent is a local-first AI agent harness designed to enable 2–9 billion parameter models to complete real tasks efficiently on ordinary laptops with integrated graphics and moderate RAM. It addresses harness-level defects in AI workflows by providing features like one-click offline mode, streaming output, voice input, session memory, model auto-detection, and a bilingual UI. The harness is cross-platform (Windows, Linux, macOS) and minimizes outbound network connections to maximize user data privacy.
