We've been running Naoma on the UXPressia site for about a month now. Of everyone who saw the AI demo button, 10–15% clicked and started the demo. That's a meaningful number, most of those visitors would've hit a Calendly link and half would've never come back. The part that genuinely surprised us: Naoma closed its first deals without any human involvement. Prospect came in, got the demo, converted. No rep, no follow-up, no calendar. For a PLG motion that's not a nice-to-have, that's the whole point. Core concept is clearly working. A month in and we're not going back.

I've tested several demos done by Naoma AI and was really impressed. The agent's responses to my (what I thought were tricky) questions made total sense and exceeded my expectations. I intentionally tried to throw Naoma off script and I thought it would get stuck, but it actually did extremely well. It has the full context of the product it is presenting and is effectively replacing human-led demos.
