One-man startup

One-man startup is a GitHub template that empowers solo founders and small developers to build software startups without writing code directly. It orchestrates AI agents acting as team roles—such as project manager, designer, developers, testers, security and legal reviewers—following a traditional product development workflow including requirements gathering, design, test-first development, QA, and release approval. Users interact with the project manager agent in natural language to specify what they want; no coding is required. Nothing goes live without user approval. The system integrates with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, or Cursor to automate software creation and maintenance, while logging all decisions and checks in a GitHub repository.
