OpenPhoto is a free and open-source image editing software for macOS designed as a close alternative to Photoshop 2026. It replicates Photoshop's layout, menus, shortcuts and dialogs measured point-by-point to preserve user muscle memory. Supports opening and saving layered PSD files with blend modes, masks, groups, and more. Implements numerous image adjustments and filters calibrated to Photoshop's output and is built natively in Rust with GPU acceleration for high performance.
