Pinrail

Pinrail is a desktop application that integrates human review into autonomous coding agent workflows. It allows users to review and approve or reject agent-generated code changes, comments, and other steps before they are executed. Pinrail supports agents that can run commands and interfaces via plugins tailored to the content type (code reviews, images, feedback, etc.). It runs on macOS and Linux, with Windows support planned, and keeps all data local for user privacy.
