ProjectTodo is a simple, self-hosted project and todo board designed for individual users and their AI assistants. It runs locally without dependencies, using JSON files for storage and an MCP server to allow AI tools like Claude Code or Claude Desktop to read and update to-dos. Features include project modules, lanes for todo statuses, a timeline view, live updating, mobile-friendly interface, and customizable themes and layouts. Integration with AI assistants is supported through the MCP protocol for enhanced todo management.
