Rashomon

Rashomon is an open-source tool that independently records and verifies every step taken by Claude Code AI agents during coding tasks on macOS and Linux. It detects discrepancies between the agent's summary and actual execution, flags failed commands, tracks subagents, and aids in hallucination detection and audit. It operates locally with no telemetry and provides reports to help users verify what the AI agent truly did.
