Rectoly

Rectoly is a desktop app for Windows and Mac designed to enhance academic paper reading and note-taking by reflowing two-column papers into one column, enabling searchable notes across all papers, and allowing annotated quotes, figures, and tables to be exported with source references. It integrates with Mendeley and Zotero libraries, supports handwriting input synced across devices, and exports notes in formats for Word, LaTeX, and Obsidian.
