Reika

Reika is a command-line coding agent designed to work primarily with small local AI models (8B–35B parameters) as well as hosted models. It assists with reading, editing, and running code-related commands, providing features such as context management, loop detection, safe shell command execution with sandboxing on macOS, and extensibility through slash commands and external tools. It supports multiple modes including planning and implementation sequencing, and aims to improve developer workflow with smaller AI models via efficient context usage and graceful failure handling.
