Social Reps

Social Reps is a mobile app that blocks access to distracting social media apps like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X until you complete a set number of physical exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, or burpees. It uses on-device camera pose detection to count reps, ensuring you cannot unlock apps without doing the required activity. The app prioritizes privacy by processing everything locally with no data upload or accounts required. It is available for iOS and Android.
