Sonia

Sonia is a local voice assistant that runs on a Linux computer using less than 13GB RAM and no dedicated GPU. It supports speech-to-text, text-to-speech, bilingual operation (English/Italian), real-time interruption, and tool-based skills integration. The assistant operates fully locally with an external LLM endpoint, offers a browser-based UI and multiple modes, and prioritizes privacy by running entirely on the user's machine.
