Sparring

Sparring is a multi-persona library tool designed to review and improve software specifications for AI-assisted development. It simulates five personas (PM, Architect, UI Designer, QA Functional, QA NFQ) that sequentially analyze specs to identify gaps and inconsistencies before implementation, improving code quality by hardening design and acceptance criteria through iterative review rounds. It integrates with existing AI agents and supports both on-demand reviews and full-pipeline automated checks.
