Swarm

Swarm is a free, open-source native macOS application for building, visualizing, and exporting family trees. It stores genealogy data in plain GEDCOM files locally with no accounts, cloud services, or telemetry. Features include offline place search, exact kinship terms in English and Russian, PDF export, and managing photos and attachments. It supports merging trees, keeps detailed revision history, and runs on macOS 15 and later.
