I build developer tools so I'm always thinking about how AI agents actually reach users, and getting them into Slack or Teams is honestly a pain. Switch makes it simple. You connect your agent through an open protocol and it just shows up as a real member of the channel. It can follow threads, respond to mentions, keep context across conversations. The whole thing is open source so you're not locked into some proprietary thing.

We run a pretty fast moving team and one thing that kept slowing us down was bouncing between different AI tools and then copying context back into Slack for everyone else. It sounds small but it adds up. Switch solves that by letting you bring your agent into the channel, and everyone, humans and AI, are just in the same conversation. No more "hey I asked Claude about this, here's what it said" messages.

Hey @safi_amin and team, congrats on the launch! Bringing AI into the tools people already use makes a lot of sense. Getting closer to feeling like Iron Man talking to Jarvis 😂 How much setup would someone nontechnical need before they could start using an agent in their team’s channels?
