Claude Code powers most of my daily tasks, so having Timeless set up right in the same terminal window has spared me the trouble of setting up one more menu-bar application. Checking previous meetings right within the terminal is very handy, I once checked what stakeholder said on a deadline two weeks ago, and it returned me an answer in seconds. What would be really great is to have a clear way of choosing meetings that are indexed automatically.

The Ultimate Meeting Assistant! I’ve tried many AI notetakers, but timeOS is by far the best. The bot-free Zoom recording feature is amazing—it makes meetings feel natural without an intrusive bot. The real-time transcription and smart summaries save me so much time, and the fact that it integrates flawlessly with multilingual teams is a huge plus. Highly recommend this tool!

I've used a bunch of AI note takers, and TimeOS, while being a younger product, beats them all. Meeting notes are amazing, and the ability to get anything from summaries to sentiment analysis and participant engagement is phenomenal. They are missing some capabilities that make it a bit more difficult to use for teams - a shared workspace, and ensuring that only one bot joins when multiple team members are on a meeting - but they indicate that these features are currently under development. Two of the features I love the most: I also love the ability to store all videos on Google Drive (no longer be tied to the note taker - when I left my previous service, all of my videos are there, and unless I go and download one-by-one, I'm SOL. Second is proactive meeting briefing which tells you what you need to know about the people in upcoming meetings as well as what are the topics you've discussed in recent meetings

Yeah! meetings are truly better with this. Note taking was a big pain for me, so I know many founders will take the most of it. All the best team!

living inside Claude Code instead of a separate app is the interesting bet here. curious how it handles a meeting that runs long or gets messy, does asking about it later pull the raw transcript into context every time, or does it summarize first so a 90 minute call doesn't blow through your context window on a simple question?

If someone is coming from Granola/Otter/Fireflies, what’s the precise breaking point that usually makes them switch—bot friction, transcript quality, citation trust, or the inability to turn outcomes into GitHub/Linear/Jira work without leaving the terminal?
