Video Pedal is a Python-based tool that lets you record and loop your webcam feed by holding and releasing a key, outputting the playback as a virtual camera compatible with video conferencing and streaming apps. It supports macOS, Windows, and Linux, using global hotkeys and applies crossfade transitions between live and looped video to create seamless loops. The virtual camera device can be selected in apps like Zoom, Teams, or OBS.
