weird in a good way. this is mostly for people who enjoy a clever visual trick, but the honest notes about trains, dark rooms, and camera conflicts make it easier to trust.

WinDuo replicates the iPhone Duo fold effect on Windows laptops without a lid angle sensor. It uses the built-in webcam to detect the closing angle of the laptop lid by analyzing the camera image shifts, then applies dynamic blurring, perspective, and dimming effects to the screen display as the lid closes. It runs as a single executable, requires no installation or telemetry, is free for noncommercial use, and works on Windows 10 version 2004 or later.
