I like that it doesn’t just store account history but points out which deals need attention and what the next step could be. The buying signals and intent data being available without a card is also a nice touch. One feature I’d love to see is more customization around the recommended next steps, especially for teams with different sales processes. Overall, it feels practical and useful for keeping sales follow-ups from slipping through the cracks.
